Warranty and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 Day return policy on all OTF knives. To qualify for a refund the item must be in NEW condition - please see Standard knife Usage for examples of where a refund would not be given. 

ALL CUSTOM OTF KNIFE PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WARRANTY

GUARENTEE

Our knives come with a 1 year warranty on the internals of each OTF knife. Please email us to notify there is an issue which we will advise you send the knife back to us where we will attempt to repair the unit.

STANDARD KNIVE USAGE

Our warranty doesn't cover the following: Loss, damage caused by abuse, neglect, accidents, improper blade sharpening, improper disassembly, or normal paint wear and tear.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. If your products arrive and were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) immediately to file a claim.

It's also important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please email us at Foxtrot.tactical.usa@gmail.com,  to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim.

We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.
